Capabilities — lands management, NI 43-101 support, historical compilation, field work.

Mineral land professionals + capital markets at the table. We bridge the gap between paper-pushing claims administrators and full-service exploration consulting firms — with the technical depth to interpret a drill log, compile an assessment file, and stand behind an NI 43-101 tenure schedule.

Ontario-focused. Lands management and technical compilation engagements across Canada (MLAS · GESTIM Plus · MTO). Selective project work across North America where the technical scope fits.

— Who We Are

A specialized lands management and geological data services firm.

BB GeoIntelligence Inc. serves the Canadian mineral exploration industry from Toronto, Ontario. We combine traditional mineral tenure administration with the technical depth of working mineral land professionals and exploration researchers. Most lands management providers know forms and deadlines but cannot interpret a drill log, compile a historical assessment file, or stand behind an NI 43-101 tenure schedule. We do all of the above.

— Five Service Pillars

End-to-end capability — desk to field to data room.

Most engagements blend two or more pillars. A junior preparing for a TSXV listing typically needs Lands Management + NI 43-101 Support + Historical Compilation in one bundle.

01

Lands Management

Anniversary tracking, MLAS / GESTIM / MTO filings, assessment work credit applications, claim transfers, lease applications (Section 81), tenure schedule maintenance, lapse-risk monitoring with proactive alerts, map staking coordination, claim package surrender or abandonment.

02

NI 43-101 Technical Support

Tenure schedules (Item 4), property descriptions (Item 5), historical work compilation (Item 6), KML / map packages for technical reports, P.Geo-ready documentation. We do not sign technical reports — we prepare the underlying work that a QP signs.

03

Historical Compilation & Data Rooms

Assessment file mining, historical drill database construction, georeferencing of legacy maps and air photos, channel sample and bedrock sample digitization, full property data room builds with indexed master spreadsheets, ZIP archive packaging for M&A or JV due diligence.

04

First Nations Engagement Tracking

Robinson-Huron Treaty territory specialty (Algoma, Sudbury, Temagami) plus Treaty 3, Treaty 9, and Robinson-Superior fluency for properties in NW Ontario, Porcupine, and Hemlo. Notification logs, correspondence tracking, pre-staking engagement briefings, consultation audit packages for NI 43-101 disclosure. We do not provide legal consultation advice — we maintain the documentation trail.

05

Geomatics & GIS

Custom KML packages with color-coded overlays (drill collars, samples, conductors, showings), GIS database construction, map production for assessment reports and investor decks, UTM / WGS84 coordinate conversion and validation, claim boundary verification.

— Field Work

Field-to-data-to-report — not just desk.

Our partners are active prospectors and working mineral land professionals. Field capability is offered as a bolt-on to any of the five service pillars, or as a standalone engagement.

F1

Prospecting & reconnaissance

Grass-roots and brownfield reconnaissance traverses, outcrop mapping, structural orientation measurements, photo logging, GPS-tagged sample collection. Targeted to your option-window or work-credit deadline.

F2

Claim staking & boundary verification

MLAS map-staking coordination, on-ground boundary checks, post-staking title verification, and claim package design. Multi-camp Ontario experience across Algoma, Porcupine, Temagami, Sudbury / Cobalt, Hemlo, and Red Lake.

F3

Channel, chip & grab sampling

Supervised channel sampling with QA/QC protocols, chain-of-custody to lab, sample register and KML build-out, and integration into the master assay database.

F4

Core re-logging & re-sampling

Historical core re-logging at Ontario core libraries, targeted re-assay programs on legacy intercepts, lithology and structural data digitization into the property drill database.

F5

NI 43-101 site visits

QP-accompanied site visits for Item 5 property descriptions and Item 7 geological setting verification. Photo logs, access route documentation, on-site sampling, and field notebook digitization.

F6

Geophysics & drill program supervision

Ground geophysics (MAG, EM, IP) supervision, drill collar surveys, drill program management on phased exploration budgets, daily logs, and core-shack QA.

— Why BB GeoIntelligence

What sets us apart.

·

Mineral land pros + capital markets at the table

An active mineral land professional and exploration researcher who logs core, interprets assays, and prepares 43-101-grade documentation — paired with 30+ years of C-level capital markets, investment banking, and equity research experience (MBA Ivey, BSc Eng Physics Queen's). Other lands management firms are paper-only.

·

NI 43-101 capable in-house

We prepare tenure schedules, property descriptions, and historical work compilations that QPs can sign. Most competitors refer this work out at a markup.

·

Historical compilation is our signature

We have built drill hole master databases, channel sample inventories, and data rooms for active mineral properties. Ask for our Bilton-Brown Copper case study.

·

Multi-camp footprint & FN fluency

We operate across Algoma, Porcupine, Temagami, Sudbury / Cobalt, Hemlo, and Red Lake — with working knowledge of Robinson-Huron, Robinson-Superior, Treaty 3, and Treaty 9 territories and the FN / Métis groups within each.

·

Modern delivery stack

All deliverables shipped as indexed master spreadsheets, KMLs that open cleanly in Google Earth and QGIS, and PDF data rooms. No paper. No fax machines.

·

Past success — Barranco Mining

BB GeoIntelligence's technical advisory (via Sprout Holdings) contributed to a ~100% increase in company value following the project announcement — proof that rigorous geoscience-backed packaging materially moves valuations.
