About — geoscience first, capital markets fluent.
BB GeoIntelligence Inc. is a Toronto-based specialized lands management and geological data services partnership — Ontario-focused, with engagements across Canada and selective project work across North America.
We combine deep geoscience — historical compilation, drill database reconstruction, geophysical interpretation, structural geology — with the disciplines of public-market reporting, NI 43-101 compliance and capital-formation strategy.
The result is a portfolio of eight highly worked-up Ontario exploration properties spanning the Abitibi, Sudbury, Hemlo, Wabigoon and Huronian belts — each anchored by historical drilling, geophysics or sampling, each structured for option, JV or earn-in — alongside a growing services book: lands management, NI 43-101 technical support, historical compilation, First Nations engagement tracking, geomatics & GIS, and field work.
Two operators. One discipline.
Mark Brazeau
Mark is an active prospector and mineral exploration researcher operating across Ontario. His core competencies include historical geological data compilation, drill hole database development, GIS and KML mapping, NI 43-101 technical report preparation, georeference work on historical mining data, mineral property data room construction, and assessment file research and analysis.
He maintains an active multi-property claims portfolio across the Algoma District (Bilton-Brown, Patton Township, NTS 41J/06), the Porcupine Camp (Timmins), Temagami, the Sudbury / Cobalt belt, Hemlo (Marathon), and Red Lake / Kenora / NW Ontario.
Beyond the BB GeoIntelligence portfolio, Mark works with various junior mining companies on active exploration programs — from prospecting and claim staking through field campaigns, drill program supervision, historical compilation, and NI 43-101 technical packaging.
David Beck
David brings over 30 years of financial, business operations, and capital markets experience to BB GeoIntelligence Inc. He has worked in a C-level capacity with national financial institutions in various roles — as a financial analyst, institutional and proprietary trader, and in investment banking.
As a top-ranked technology research analyst covering both New York and Toronto markets, David contributed to the growth of three security software startups, including Cloakware and Assurent Secure Technologies. His background gives our clients direct access to capital markets expertise, corporate strategy advice, and the kind of institutional-grade financial perspective rarely found inside a lands management firm.
David currently serves on the board of a junior mining company, bringing public-company governance, capital-markets discipline, and exploration-stage corporate strategy directly into BB GeoIntelligence engagements.
